帳戶安全與權限隔離: 本程式採用獨立登入帳號及角色權限隔離(RBAC)機制。無論透過 Email 或 QR Code 邀請其他家庭成員(如外傭或照顧者),戶主必須對其邀請的對象及開放的權限負上全責。
簡單而言:AI 可能會出錯,家長與照顧者必須當面口頭確認通告細節。如因系統錯誤導致任何損失,開發者概不負責。
AI 限制與幻覺: 本程式依賴第三方 AI(如 OpenRouter)進行分析及翻譯。AI 技術並非完美,可能會產生嚴重錯誤、幻覺或遺漏。

自動生成文件與清單同步之免責: 本程式提供的「升學 Portfolio 自動生成」及「生活防呆清單」等功能,僅為行政輔助工具。系統依賴用戶自行標記及輸入之數據來生成 PDF 或同步進度。用戶有絕對責任於遞交任何 PDF 履歷予學校、教育機構或第三方前,親自核對內容之準確性及完整性。因用戶自身遺漏標記、網絡延遲導致同步失敗、或系統排版錯誤,而引致之任何面試失敗、入學申請受阻、遺漏購買重要物品或其他衍生損失,開發者及本公司概不承擔任何責任。
簡單而言:無論雲端或單機,因故障導致的資料遺失,我們一律不負責。刪除 App 不等於刪除資料;戶主刪除帳號將觸發 30 日全家清除機制。

廣告獎勵機制免責: 透過觀看廣告獲取 AI 額度之功能,高度依賴第三方廣告網絡及伺服器端驗證(SSV)。如因使用者設備之網絡中斷、廣告攔截器(Ad-Blocker)、或第三方伺服器通訊故障,導致未能成功派發獎勵額度,營運團隊概不負責,亦無義務進行任何形式之補償。我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止推薦及廣告獎勵計劃之權利。
簡單而言:賠償額最高僅限於您過去 12 個月支付的訂閱費;免費用戶賠償額為零。
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內,開發者及 JotHero 營運團隊對任何間接、衍生性、懲罰性或附帶損害概不負責。在任何情況下,我們的最高累積賠償責任,僅限於您在引起索賠的事件發生前十二(12)個月內向我們實際支付的訂閱費用;若您為免費版用戶,最高賠償額為零。

Simply put: The App is an auxiliary tool; you must keep all original physical notices.
Retaining Originals: The App is not a replacement for physical documents. Users hold absolute responsibility for the safe keeping of original notices.
Account Security & Role Isolation: The App utilizes independent login accounts and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Whether inviting members (e.g., helpers) via Email or QR Code, the Family Owner is fully responsible for the invitees and the permissions granted to them.
Simply put: AI makes mistakes. Verbal face-to-face confirmation is mandatory. Developer is not liable for misunderstandings.
AI Limitations & Hallucinations: The App relies on third-party AI (e.g., OpenRouter). AI technology is not perfect and may produce severe errors, hallucinations, or omissions.
Mandatory Verification: Parents and caregivers MUST verbally confirm notice details face-to-face. For critical instructions (including but not limited to medical, medication, food allergies, child and personal safety), users hold absolute responsibility for physical verification. The developer assumes NO legal liability for any issues (including medical negligence, personal injury, accidents, missed deadlines, or financial losses) resulting from over-reliance on AI translation or lack of verbal verification.
Auto-Generated Documents & Sync Disclaimer: Features such as the "Portfolio Auto-Generator" and "Back-to-School Checklist" are provided solely as administrative aids. The system relies on user-input data and manual tagging to generate PDFs or sync progress. Users hold absolute responsibility to manually verify the accuracy and completeness of any generated PDF portfolios before submitting them to schools, educational institutions, or third parties. The developer and our company assume NO liability for failed interviews, disrupted admissions, missing essential items, or any consequential losses resulting from user tagging omissions, network sync delays, or system formatting errors.
Simply put: We are not liable for data loss. Deleting the App does not delete cloud data. Owner account deletion triggers a 30-day clearance.
Storage Risks: We do not guarantee the permanence of cloud data, which may be lost due to server or network failures.
Account Deletion: Uninstalling the App does not erase cloud data. If a Family Owner deletes their account, the dissolved family's cloud data will enter a cleanup queue and is guaranteed to be permanently deleted within 30 days. If a family member deletes their account, only their personal login data is erased; shared notices are retained. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed tiered retention policies.
Simply put: Users agree NOT to store highly sensitive data. Cloud storage is not 100% secure.
We utilize industry-standard encryption. However, users acknowledge that cloud storage is not absolutely secure. Users agree NOT to upload or store highly sensitive personal data (including ID numbers, bank/credit card details, medical records, etc.) anywhere in the App. Users assume all risks for uploading such data. The developer shall not be liable for data breaches resulting from force majeure, cyberattacks, or events other than the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Simply put: We rely on major tech providers. We are not responsible for transactions made via third-party links provided in the App.
Infrastructure Reliance: The App heavily relies on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase, OpenRouter, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and Apple/Google sign-in services. We are not liable for App malfunctions resulting from disruptions or policy changes of these services.
Affiliate Links & Third-Party Transactions: The App may provide links to third-party platforms (e.g., Klook). Some are affiliate links. We do not guarantee the validity, availability, or terms of any third-party activities or offers. All ticket purchases, refunds, cancellations, and transaction disputes are independent contracts solely between you and the third-party platform. We do not participate in these transactions and assume NO direct or indirect legal or financial liability.
Simply put: Payments are handled by Apple/Google. We do not issue direct refunds. Rewards from watching ads rely on network stability and are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions & Refunds: All subscription plans (including free trials) are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The developer cannot manage, cancel, or process refunds on your behalf. Any disputes regarding billing must be resolved directly with Apple or Google support.
Ad Reward Mechanism Disclaimer: The feature to earn AI quotas by watching ads relies heavily on third-party ad networks and Server-Side Verification (SSV). We are not liable, nor obligated to provide any form of compensation, if a reward fails to be distributed due to user network interruptions, ad-blockers, or third-party server communication failures. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward programs at any time.
Simply put: Liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid in the last 12 months. For free users, liability is zero.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and JotHero team shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages. In no event shall our total cumulative liability exceed the actual subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; for free-tier users, the maximum liability is zero.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
