(Terms of Service and Disclaimer of Liability)
謹請閣下在使用由 JotHero 營運的《通告救星 JotHero》應用程式(「本程式」)前,仔細閱讀下文所載之使用條款(「本條款」)。我們盡量以最清晰的方式(結合「簡單而言」的摘要)向您解釋一經下載、安裝或使用本程式,即表示閣下完全同意受本條款所約束。若閣下不同意本條款的任何部分,請立即停止使用並解除安裝本程式。
簡單而言:本程式僅為輔助工具,您必須自行妥善保管所有實體的學校/機構通告原件。
保留原件: 本程式絕不能替代實體文件之保存。使用者必須自行承擔妥善保管實體通告原件之絕對責任。
帳戶安全: 無論透過 Email 或 QR Code 邀請其他成員共用帳號,使用者必須對其邀請的對象及權限隔離負上全責。
簡單而言:AI 可能會出錯,家長與照顧者必須當面口頭確認通告細節。如因系統錯誤導致任何損失,開發者概不負責。
AI 限制與幻覺: 本程式依賴第三方 AI 進行分析及翻譯。AI 技術並非完美,可能會產生嚴重錯誤、幻覺或遺漏。
雙向核對義務: 家長與照顧者之間必須親自以口頭方式當面確認通告細節。如因缺乏當面口頭核實而導致任何問題,開發者一概不承擔法律責任。
簡單而言:無論雲端或單機,因故障導致的資料遺失,我們一律不負責。
儲存風險: 我們不保證雲端資料之永久性。資料可能因伺服器故障或網絡中斷而遺失。用戶若刪除 App 或帳號,資料將永久抹除且無法恢復。
簡單而言:用戶同意不應儲存極度敏感資料(如身份證、銀行密碼)。雲端儲存並非 100% 絕對安全。
本應用程式採用業界標準加密技術保護資料。然而,用戶明白雲端儲存並非 100% 絕對安全。
用戶同意且明白,不應於本應用程式(包含通告備註、日曆等任何欄位)上傳或儲存極度敏感之個人資料(包括但不限於:身份證號碼、完整銀行帳戶/信用卡資訊、醫療病歷等)。
用戶需自行承擔上傳此類資料之風險。
若因不可抗力或非開發者故意疏失導致資料外洩,本程式及開發團隊概不負責。
簡單而言:我們依賴 Apple、Google 等大廠技術。若其服務中斷導致 App 無法運作,我們概不負責。
簡單而言:所有收費由 Apple/Google 處理,我們不作直接退款。推薦獎勵活動可隨時終止。
簡單而言:賠償額最高僅限於您過去 12 個月支付的訂閱費;免費用戶賠償額為零。
如本使用條款的中、英文版本之間有任何差異,概以英文版本為準。
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the JotHero App (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms.
Simply put: The App is an auxiliary tool; you must keep all original physical notices. The Developer is not responsible for the loss of physical documents.
Simply put: AI makes mistakes. Verbal face-to-face confirmation is mandatory. Developer is not liable for misunderstandings or missed deadlines.
Simply put: We are not liable for data loss due to device damage or server failure. Data deletion is irreversible.
Simply put: Users agree NOT to store highly sensitive data (e.g., ID numbers, bank passwords). Cloud storage is not 100% secure.
We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, users acknowledge that cloud storage is not 100% secure.
Users agree and understand that they should not store highly sensitive personal data (including but not limited to: ID numbers, bank passwords, medical records, etc.) within the App.
Users assume all risks associated with uploading such sensitive information.
The development team shall not be held liable for data breaches resulting from force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control.
Simply put: We depend on major tech providers. If their systems fail, we are not responsible for service interruptions.
Simply put: Payments are handled by Apple/Google. We do not issue direct refunds. Reward programs may be terminated at any time.
Simply put: Liability is capped at the total subscription fees paid in the last 12 months. For free users, liability is zero.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
